Samaras sits out Bairns cup clash
The Greece international picked up a nasty shin injury against Hapoel Tel Aviv in last week's Europa League defeat, after crashing into his own club's dug-out, and missed Sunday's 2-1 SPL win over Hearts.
Hoops boss Tony Mowbray could use the game to give a rest to some of his first-team regulars such as Scott Brown, Shaun Maloney and Andreas Hinkel.
