Samaras: Anger sparked fightback

When the Greece international scored the opener after 14 minutes with his fifth goal in four games, it looked like the visitors were in for an easy afternoon.[LNB]However, the Parkhead players sat slumped in the dressing room at the break after goals by Lukas Jutkiewicz and Mark Reynolds had given the home side an unlikely and undeserved lead.[LNB]After a half-time pep-talk, the Hoops stormed out for the second half and after Aiden McGeady levelled in the 51st minute, they could afford Barry Robson to have his penalty saved by Well keeper John Ruddy before substitute Marc-Antoine Fortune, on for Danny Fox, fired in the winner.[LNB]The Celtic striker said: "When you are 1-0 up and then Motherwell go 2-1, without having made any real chances, then of course you are angry in the dressing room.[LNB]"We said, 'let's win - let's go out there and prove that we are the better team.'[LNB]"In the second half Motherwell couldn't cross the half-way line. We scored three great goals and I think each one was better than the last one.[LNB]"We had a black-out for maybe 15 minutes but apart from that I think we deserved to win because we played much, much better football than Motherwell."[LNB]Tony Mowbray's men extended their winning run to four games to remain two points clear of Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premier League, and now look forward to their final, meaningless Europa League game against Rapid Vienna in Austria on Thursday.[LNB]The former Manchester City striker is confident the Parkhead side can continue their progress - and insists there is more to come from him as well.[LNB]"Up until now we have not really had a really good run, but I hope we can stay focused," Samaras said.[LNB]"We are playing good football and scoring a lot of goals as well.[LNB]"The belief was always there in the side. It was just a question of finding our form, and now we are looking forward to our next games."[LNB]"I am never happy with myself," he continued.[LNB]"And even when I play well, I always go back onto the training pitch to try to find what I did wrong, and to fix my mistakes.[LNB]"I don't think each player has a maximum - there are no limits for anyone.[LNB]"I think you can do more and more things if you want.[LNB]"I ask more and more of myself because I believe in myself. I want to keep the ball better, and I want to pass the ball better.[LNB]"I think a lot of players are like this - they look back over games to try to see what other options they had if they had lost the ball, or whatever.[LNB]"Correcting mistakes is a part of our job.[LNB]"At the moment, I am feeling well within myself and I am enjoying my football."[LNB][LNB] Rapid Vienna 11/10, Celtic 2/1, Draw 12/5
