Queudrue reveals Celtic snub

Franck Queudrue has returned to France and signed for Lens, claiming he shunned interest from Celtic to do so.[LNB] The 32-year-old left-back was a free agent after leaving Birmingham in the summer.[LNB]He trained with Peterborough, but then opted for a move to Greece with Panionios before pulling out of the move for family reasons.[LNB]He has now opted to sign a one-year deal with Lens - the club where he started his career - and claims he shunned a move to SPL giants Celtic. [LNB]"I am so happy to be back," the former Middlesbrough star told Lens' official website.[LNB]"I had others propositions notably from Celtic, which was very keen to sign me.[LNB]"But I didn't hesitate half a second to accept the proposition from chairman Gervais Martel."
