Veteran central defender Steven Pressley is weighing up his options after his contract with SPL champions Celtic came to an end.
The 34-year-old former Hearts stalwart, who is part of the coaching set-up with the Scotland national team, wants to carry on playing for the time being.
He said: "I'm unsure about what's going to happen. I'm very open-minded and excited about the future. This is the first time I have come to a summer with no idea what the future holds.
"I'm open to propositions and hopefully the right one comes along.
"I would consider a player-coach role, but not player-manager and my priority at the moment is still to play.
"I have played for 15 years in the SPL and am open to a fresh challenge, but that's not to say it won't be the SPL."
