The Republic of Ireland international showed why the Glasgow club are paying a reported £65,000 per week to borrow him from Tottenham with a brace at Falkirk on Sunday.[LNB]The Celtic boss, though, was as praiseworthy of Keane for his teamwork as much as his goals which took his tally to five since joining the Hoops in January.[LNB]"Top players have that motivation in-bred," Mowbray said.[LNB]"That's part and parcel of being a top player.[LNB]"For some of our younger players, hopefully it will rub off.[LNB]"They will see that, if you are going to play at the top level anywhere in the world - and Robbie has played all over the world - that is something which has got to come from within.[LNB]"It's not something you can switch on and off on match day.[LNB]"Another example would be Wayne Rooney. Whenever he plays, he runs around, tackles, chases and fights.[LNB]"That's driven from within, and I think Robbie wants to score goals, wants to help his team and his club.[LNB]"I was delighted with his performance on Sunday."[LNB]Mowbray warned his crocked stars not to expect to walk back into his team when fit again.[LNB]The Hoops boss was without Glenn Loovens, Jos Hooiveld, Thomas Rogne, Marc-Antoine Fortune, Diomansy Kamara, Niall McGinn and the suspended Scott Brown for the trip to Falkirk.[LNB]Next up is the Active Nation Scottish Cup quarter-final tie at Kilmarnock on Saturday lunchtime and the Celtic boss claims to have been given "food for thought"[LNB]by his fringe players at the weekend.[LNB]"The treatment room is full as you could see with the team we had out against Falkirk, but we will wait and see," Mowbray said.[LNB]"I'm not sure how they are coming along.[LNB]"They will have to get their boots on in training next week at some stage to be in contention for the weekend.[LNB]"But what the victory over Falkirk has given me is food for thought.[LNB]"The ones who didn't play will have to fight to get back in the team if the team continues to win.[LNB]"Players will have to compete for their places."[LNB]Mowbray declared himself especially pleased with 19-year-old Josh Thompson who fought out an intriguing battle against the powerful Enoch Showunmi.[LNB]"(Morten) Rasmussen played his part in Keane's first goal," he said.[LNB]"I thought (Marc) Crosas and (Landry) NGuemo were good in central midfield on a difficult surface and I thought Aiden (McGeady) played well.[LNB]"But Josh Thompson grows in stature every day.[LNB]"He was playing against a big, strong powerful boy with a lot of experience and if you put it in context, Josh is just a young boy who has played seven or eight games in his career.[LNB]"So he is doing okay."[LNB][LNB] Scottish Premier Winner 2009/10 Win Outright: Celtic 12/1
