Celtic captain Stephen McManus has been given the all-clear after suffering a nasty head injury in the 3-0 Old Firm defeat by Rangers at the weekend.
The 25-year-old Scotland international lost consciousness after a clash of heads with Daniel Cousin and was taken to hospital as a result.
However, a club statement fro the Bhoys later confirmed: "Doctors were happy with the results of the tests carried out on Stephen and his progress will be monitored by the Celtic medical team over the next few days."
A concerned Celtic manager Gordon Strachan had earlier said: "It was just a clash of heads.
"That was a problem at half-time when he was in the dressing room and we were worried about Stephen, really concerned.
"It's worrying when you see someone at half-time all braced up with a mask on trying to breathe.
"I think the worst of it is over and I hope I'm right in saying that."
