Celtic have secured the services of Aiden McGeady until the summer of 2011 after agreeing a new long-term contract with the Republic of Ireland international. McGeady, 20, still had more than 12 months remaining on his existing deal, but has put pen to paper on a new four-and-a-half year contract after an impressive season. "I'm delighted to agree this new contract with Celtic and commit my future to the club," he told the club's official website. "I've enjoyed my time immensely with Celtic so far and I'm now looking forward very much to the future and the challenges that lie ahead." McGeady has made 28 appearances for the Bhoys this season and scored five times.
