Backroom staff have to be the right blend to allow the manager get his team right.. You cannot just parachute somebody in. Neil Lennon plans to bring in his own men to help his development as manager if he is handed the job as Celtic manager on a permanent basis. There has been speculation that a senior figure would need to be brought in to help the Irishman if the Hoops board decide to keep him on as boss. However, after last night's friendly at Parkhead against Dutch side AZ Alkmaar which was lost 2-1, Lennon stressed that if someone was to come in to help, then he would want to have the final say. He said: "I would like to think that if I was to get the job that I would be permitted to pick my own man. Obviously if you get a job like this you want to get it right and you like to have your own people around you."
