Lennon starting to fear McGeady exit

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has admitted he is getting the "vibe" that Aiden McGeady wants to leave before the close of the transfer window.[LNB] McGeady has regularly been linked with a move to the English Premier League and his omission from Celtic's tour to North America has fuelled speculation about his future.[LNB]Lennon insists the winger is not involved in the trip due to injury, but he does feel the Republic of Ireland international is looking for a move.[LNB]"Aiden hasn't said to me he wants to leave in so many words," said Lennon in the Daily Record. "But that vibe came from his side of things.[LNB]"I know there are conspiracy theories, but it is a genuine injury. He picked it up in a bounce game on Saturday behind closed doors. He came off and was feeling sore. [LNB]"We left it until Sunday to see if it settled, and it didn't, so we felt that if we were looking at 10 days, the travelling would make it worse.[LNB]"He had a scan on Monday, but it was pointless bringing him here if he wasn't going to train and play."
