Scotland midfielder Brown had to leave the field six minutes from time in Sunday's goalless draw at Parkhead following a collision with Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor.[LNB]First-team coach Neil Lennon dismissed concerns Brown may have been concussed.[LNB]He told Celtic TV: "Scott was fine after the game. He got a bang on the head and was a little bit dizzy. But he will be okay."[LNB]Brown is expected to be available for Sunday's Scottish Premier League game at Motherwell but the prognosis is less good for fellow midfielder Barry Robson.[LNB]Robson was set to start against Rangers but he suffered a groin injury on Saturday.[LNB]Reports suggest he may need surgery and Lennon said: "Barry was due to start against Rangers because his record against them is pretty good.[LNB]"But the day before the game his right groin went."[LNB][LNB]
