Jarosik seeks Bhoys exit

Celtic misfit Jiri Jarosik has admitted that he is hoping to leave the SPL champions before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.

The 29-year-old Czech Republic midfielder struggled to make his mark with the Bhoys last term, following his arrival from Chelsea and could be about to head away from Scotland.

He told the Daily Record: "I'm thinking of leaving Celtic. I've often picked up injuries here and played very little.

"In addition, the non-British style of football is more to my liking and I don't like too much the position Celtic have asked me to play in the team.

"I'm a central midfielder, but have to play either as a winger or even as a forward.

"There are several options and my agent is taking care of them. I know about interest from clubs in England and Russia."
