It's not about just one game

Sunday's game will be followed by five more before the SPL title will be decided Mark Wilson does not believe the SPL title race will depend on the result of Sunday's Old Firm game at Ibrox. Celtic travel to Govan one point behind Rangers but with a game in hand and only five games to play after this weekend. However, the Celtic full-back dismissed the idea the last of seven meetings between the two Glasgow sides this season is effectively a league decider.  Wilson said: "I wouldn't think so. We have five games left after Sunday and there is plenty of time for whoever wins the game to drop points. Obviously it is very important to both teams to try to win the game but I wouldn't say it was a league decider. There are plenty of teams who will give the Old Firm plenty of problems in the run-in."  The normally volatile fixture will be more tense than usual with a huge police presence following the news that parcels "designed to cause harm" were sent to manager Neil Lennon, Labour politician Trish Godman and Paul McBride QC. The Celtic players showed their support for their manager in the best possible way against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park in midweek and Wilson insists they will retain their focus for the run-in. He went on: "It has been a tough week for everyone at the club but it was the nice the way we responded against Kilmarnock. It is all over Britain so it's hard not to be aware of it and obviously the players spoke about it when it first came out. It is natural to do that. But it was important to get it out of our heads for the game against Kilmarnock and I think we did that pretty well. There was a lot of eyes on the game, wondering how we would react but we all responded in the right way."
