Celtic have signed Derk Boerrigter from Ajax on a four-year deal subject to international clearance, the club have confirmed on their official website.
The 26-year-old forward has completed his medical in Glasgow and becomes Neil Lennon's fourth recruit of the summer following the acquisitions of Amido Balde, Virgil Van Dijk and Steven Mouyokolo.
The Celtic boss said earlier in the day that Boerrigter would go straight into the squad for Champions League third qualifier against Swedish side Elfsborg at Parkhead on Wednesday night if all went well with the medical.
