Hoops line up Boston friendly
Celtic are set to play Sporting Lisbon of Portugal in a friendly match at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts on 21 July. [LNB] The game will mark the second time the Hoops have played at the home of Boston Red Sox. [LNB]They last played at the ground in 1931 when they were defeated by the New York Yankees of the American Soccer League. [LNB]The inaugural 'Fenway Football Challenge' will be the first football match played at the venue since 9 July 1968, when Pele lined up for Santos against the Boston Beacons.
