Celtic defender Andreas Hinkel admits he is still unsure whether he will begin the season at Parkhead.[LNB] Bhoys manager Neil Lennon has said he will consider bids for the German right-back, who has one year left to run on his contract.[LNB]The 28-year-old's exclusion from the club's squad for their Champions League qualifier suggested he could leave the club for which he signed in January 2008 from Sevilla.[LNB]Lennon has already indicated new signing Cha Du-Ri will replace Hinkel as his first-choice right-back this season, leaving the former Stuttgart defender's future up in the air.[LNB]"I don't know where I will be when the season starts," said Hinkel. "Everyone knows the situation. I have one year left on my contract.[LNB]"I spoke to the manager about it and I am still here now but I have one year left.[LNB]"We will see what happens by the end of the transfer window.[LNB]"I want to stay here but because I have one year left, the club might want to sell me.[LNB]"If I don't go because no-one is interested then I will stay."[LNB]Celtic trail their Champions League qualifier against Braga 3-0 after a weak defensive performance against the Portuguese side.[LNB]The Bhoys conceded five goals in total at the Emirates Cup this weekend, including three against Arsenal in today's 3-2 defeat.[LNB]Slack marking allowed Bacary Sagna and Samir Nasri to put Arsenal beyond Celtic's reach at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday and Hinkel admits the defence must sharpen up for Wednesday's crucial tie.[LNB]He said: "We can't afford to concede like we did with the second and third goal today.[LNB]"We shouldn't concede one minute before half-time and the third goal was a present for them really."[LNB]Celtic's decision to play in the Emirates Cup had been criticised given the huge financial incentive of qualifying for the Champions League, but Hinkel believes the team have taken a lot from their two games this weekend.[LNB]"I think our style of play has improved," said the German.[LNB]"We created good chances and we played some good football.[LNB]"Wednesday is very important for us but I think that we just keep on getting better and better from week to week."
