Hinkel hints at Bhoys exit

Andreas Hinkel has intimated that he could leave Celtic this month after being left out of Neil Lennon's squad for last week's Champions League clash with Braga.

The 28-year-old German defender moved to the Bhoys in January 2008 from Sevilla and has one year left on his contract.

However, Lennon has already said that Cha Du-Ri will be his first-choice right-back this season, and Hinkel said: "I don't know where I will be when the season starts.

"Everyone knows the situation. I have one year left on my contract. I spoke to the manager about it and I am still here but I have one year left.

"We will see what happens by the end of the transfer window. I want to stay here but because I have one year left the club might want to sell me. If I don't go because no one is interested then I will stay."
