Just how much of the story is true? Only time will tell Just how many players would Celtic have on the books if we believed agents in the press saying that their client was on the verge of signing a deal to play in the Hoops? Yet another agent has come out to say his man is n his way to Parkhead. This time it is Christian Emile of 121 Sports Marketing and Consulting Ltd who represent Levski Sofia striker Garra Dembele who confirmed that Celtic have bid for his client. The French forward has been strongly linked with a move to either Scotland or England during the opening of the January transfer window. Celtic were among those rumoured to be interested, and they have now made their move. Manager Neil Lennon is keen to bolster his attacking ranks before the end of the month and an official approach has been lodged. Emile said: "Yes, it is true, Celtic are one of the clubs to have tabled an offer for him. Celtic are a top club and of course it is an appealing destination for Garra. However, as I said before we are in discussions with other interested teams in England and there is no hurry to make a decision. The player will consider all his options carefully and we will decide on the most suitable proposal for him and Levski Sofia. For now, Garra is focused only on working hard with the team in their training camp preparations before the season recommences"
