Fox hunt over as Dan joins Clarets

The Premier League club's capture of the 23-year-old continues a busy few days in the transfer market for new Clarets boss Brian Laws, who earlier this week signed defender Leon Cort and goalkeeper Nicky Weaver.[LNB]Fox, a former England Under-21 international, has agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal at Turf Moor.[LNB]Fox joined Celtic last summer and started 22 games for the Scottish side but has recently found his first-team opportunities limited under Hoops boss Tony Mowbray, who gave the player the green light to return to England.[LNB]The former Everton trainee played over 100 games for Walsall between 2005 and 2008 before a successful 18-month spell with Coventry attracted the attentions of the Parkhead club.[LNB]Fox, who qualifies to play for Scotland and was called up to the senior squad for a friendly against Japan in October, will not be part of Laws' side for tomorrow's Premier League encounter with Chelsea at Turf Moor.[LNB][LNB]
