Don't always believe what the papers say
It will be an interesting conversation when the Stokes father and son get together It appears that Anthony Stokes has not spoken to his Dad about what he said to the papers after the Co-Operative Cup final. It was his Dad and agent who was quoted as saying his son wanted to move on after being left on the bench on Sunday. However, Stokes junior has dismissed reports that he wants to leave the club. The Irishman tweeted: "Don't know where this story has come from but not exactly the first thing you want to see in the morning...simple as this...going nowhere."
