Celtic boss Gordon Strachan claimed a draw was a fair result after Sunday's Scottish Cup quarter-final stalemate with Aberdeen.
Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink's 90th minute equaliser earned the holders a replay after Jeffrey de Visscher had fired the Dons into a second-half lead at Pittodrie.
"We want to give the fans entertainment and that's what they got," said Strachan.
"There were chances at both ends and I think the supporters got a really good game today.
"It wasn't through beautiful football at times, the pitch wasn't conducive to that. What you did get was chances, tackles, headers and dramatic last-gasp equalisers.
"There was a lot to be positive there if you were watching it. I thought a draw was fair in the end.
"All the players put a lot of hard work into that game and I think both teams deserve another shot at it."
