Crosas ready for seven-up Saints

Spanish midfielder Crosas scored his first goal for the Hoops since arriving from Barcelona last summer as the Scottish Premier League champions dismantled their opponents last weekend.[LNB]Saints had defender Jack Ross sent off in the first half at Parkhead before collapsing spectacularly after the break.[LNB]The venue is reversed for Saturday's lunchtime kick-off but Gordon Strachan's side - boosted further after going back top of the SPL on Wednesday night with a 2-1 win at Kilmarnock - are strong favourites to dismiss the Paisley side at St Mirren Park.[LNB]However, Crosas, 21, warned against complacency within the Hoops ranks.[LNB]"The result on Saturday will not matter when when we meet again this week," he told the Celtic View.[LNB]"The game ended with a good victory for Celtic but that only makes things harder when we go to St Mirren's ground.[LNB]"The St Mirren players will be looking to make up for that defeat.[LNB]"They will make things difficult for us, because they won't want to accept that loss.[LNB]"They will be out to change things."[LNB]Many Celtic fans will have one eye on the following week when the Parkhead side play Old Firm rivals Rangers in the Co-operative Insurance Cup final at Hampden.[LNB]Crosas, who has slowly begun to stake a claim for a regular place in the Parkhead midfield, is relishing his first showpiece occasion for the Hoops but is reluctant to look too far ahead.[LNB]He said: "I am looking forward to that game.[LNB]"It will be important for the players and the fans, but I think it's only right that we focus on the other games first. That has to be the priority."[LNB]St Mirren salvaged some pride from last weekend's mauling by drawing 1-1 with Aberdeen on Tuesday night but they have not beaten Celtic in the league or cup for almost 20 years.[LNB][LNB] St Mirren v Celtic Correct Score: Celtic 5-0 40/1[LNB]
