Clearing the way for new players

Time to clear out some players not in the future plans Neil Lennon is making the decisions which will free up some money as he allows some players to leave the club. Two on their way out are China captain Zheng Zhi and midfielder Koki Mizuno.Zheng was signed by Tony Mowbray after leaving English League One outfit Charlton last summer and Mizuno was signed by Gordon Strachan from J-League side JEF United in January 2008. Unfortunately, neither player really found their way into the first team plans of either manager and they obviously do not form part of  Lennon's plans for the club. Zheng made 16 first-team appearances and Mizuno notched up 11 games while with the club.
