Celtic have backed Stewart Regan's attempts to reform the SFA's decision-making process.[LNB] Regan aims to bring more urgency and openness to the ruling body after being frustrated by procedures during his probe into referee Dougie McDonald's decision to rescind a penalty he initially awarded to Celtic in their Scottish Premier League clash with Dundee United.[LNB]In a statement on Celtic's official website, chairman John Reid said: "We are encouraged by the proposals of the new chief executive, Stewart Regan, to address a series of issues within the SFA and to allow greater transparency and openness in all future decision-making.[LNB]"While we would have liked a review to be more independent in nature, Stewart Regan's objectives are to be applauded."
