The Scotland Under-21 player, who recently signed a one-year extension to his deal which was due to expire next summer, was handed a rare start as replacement for regular right-back Andreas Hinkel.[LNB]Hoops manager Tony Mowbray made seven changes to his side and they came back from three goals down to draw, following a Paul McGowan strike in stoppage-time.[LNB]The visitors found themselves three behind after only 19 minutes in the Group C dead rubber as Nikica Jelavic grabbed a double before strike partner Hamdi Salihi scored.[LNB]Marc-Antoine Fortune scored a double before McGowan, making his first start of the season, drove in a late leveller to keep Celtic in third place.[LNB]Caddis, who has been out on loan at Dundee United in the past, said: "I have spoken to the manager about getting out on loan and he said he will see what he can do.[LNB]"It's hard for him because he needs players because of the under-21 rule [teams have to have three in each matchday squad] so if that's what I'm there for then that's what I have to be there for.[LNB]"But I am 21 and I need to go and try to play some games and we will see what happens in January.[LNB]"I will sit down with my agent and the manager and see what my options are.[LNB]"But I have to keep working hard in training and I can't complain because Andreas Hinkel is playing so well and has created a lot of goals."[LNB]Mowbray did not think he had blundered by making so many changes as he watched his side go 3-0 down.[LNB]The Celtic boss said: "No, you make changes and pick teams before you are aware of circumstances.[LNB]"I said to the players at half-time, 'I'm not making any more changes, you will get on with it and get yourselves out of it', and they did just that.[LNB]"They drew on their strength of character and spirit.[LNB]"We can only take positives, the players showed the desire to play for this club.[LNB]"Now we have to be ready for Hearts on Sunday, there will be no excuses if we go to Tynecastle and do not find the energy or performance level."[LNB]Rapid coach Peter Pacult insists mistakes by both sides at different periods in the game led to the draw.[LNB]He said: "Celtic made mistakes and then we made mistakes, which is why it ended in a draw, but it was disappointing for us."[LNB][LNB]
