Celtic manager Gordon Strachan has backed Artur Boruc after the Polish keeper was criticised for displaying a controversial T-shirt after the 3-2 win against Rangers.
The shirt displayed an image of Pope John Paul II and an inscription reading 'God bless The Pope', but some Gers fans took exception to the incident.
However, Strachan said: "Artur's not a bad lad, to be fair. If it was 'God bless Myra Hindley', I might have a problem."
Of his side's dramatic win, Strachan added: "After scoring the first goal it kind of spooked us. We sat a bit too deep but sorted it out in the second half and it worked well for us. When we played I thought we made some excellent chances.
"Rangers are physically a big, big side and they have good deliveries. They were two good deliveries and great headers, although we think we could do better."
