Bhoys finally snare Juarez

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has completed the capture of Mexico international Efrain Juarez on a four-year deal.

The 22-year-old is the Bhoys' fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Charlie Mulgrew, Cha Du-Ri, Joe Ledley and Daryl Murphy.

Juarez joins Celtic from Mexican side UNAM Pumas.

Meanwhile, Lennon continues to be linked with Scunthorpe United forward Gary Hooper and England international goalkeeper David James.

Hooper has scored 50 goals in two seasons for The Iron and is believed to be available for approximately £2million.

Scunthorpe manager Nigel Adkins left Hooper on the substitute's bench for Saturday's friendly against Sheffield Wednesday, after which he said: "Obviously I'm aware of the situation that's arising and I didn't want to risk anything."
