Bhoys boss vows to ring changes
Morten Rasmussen's first goal for the Hoops since signing from Brondby earlier in the month was enough to take three points at Hamilton in yesterday's lunchtime kick-off.[LNB]However, Rangers restored their 10-point lead over the Bhoys later in the day with a comfortable 3-0 home win over Falkirk.[LNB]Jos Hooiveld made his debut at the heart of the Celtic defence and Mowbray boss expects to add a couple of new players to his squad before the transfer window closes at midnight tomorrow.[LNB]After the win against Accies, Mowbray claimed he was amused at the numerous and various names linked with Celtic.[LNB]But there is definite interest in Preston defender Sean St Ledger and former Rangers striker Ross McCormack revealed today he would be interested in joining Celtic, his boyhood heroes.[LNB]However, regardless of what business is done or not done before the Killie game, Celtic fans should expect tinkering for their game in hand which could take them to within seven points of Rangers.[LNB]"We will look at the team on Tuesday night, due to the injury situation," Mowbray said.[LNB]"We have players who have played a lot of minutes, some of them have played non-stop in every game for the last four or five weeks.[LNB]"It is a drain on their bodies so we might look to make some changes on Tuesday night.[LNB]"We will have a look at them before then."[LNB]However, despite scoring the crucial winner just three minutes after coming on for Georgios Samaras in the second half at Hamilton, Rasmussen does not expect to get his first start against the Ayrshire side.[LNB]"No, that's not something I think about," the Dane said.[LNB]"I am still new in the squad and I still have to learn how the coach wants me to play and all the other things.[LNB]"So that's not something I am thinking about.[LNB]"It was good to score but it was more important to get the three points, that's what we look for in every game."[LNB][LNB]
