Celtic target Biram Kayal is ready to turn down offers from Galatasaray and FC Twente and join the Parkhead club for less money.[LNB] The Israel midfielder, who has 12 caps, is in talks with the Hoops over a £1.2million switch from Maccabi Haifa.[LNB]His agent Dudu Dahan insists that the player's first choice would be Celtic - even if it meant earning only half the money he could earn elsewhere.[LNB]Dahan told the Scottish Sun: "There have been discussions but nothing has happened yet.[LNB]"Celtic is a very famous club in Israel. Biram would be willing to go to Celtic for 30 to 50 per cent less money than he'd get from other clubs after him.[LNB]"Galatasaray and Twente can offer a lot more money, but when Celtic came into the picture, we ended their interest as we thought they were the best club to go to.[LNB]"We'll have more opportunities if this doesn't happen, but both parties want it to happen.[LNB]"I think the picture will be a lot more clearer in the next couple of days though."
