Ward upbeat for play-offs

Carlisle United boss John Ward is relishing the play-off clash with Leeds United, having seen his side narrowly miss out on automatic promotion to the Championship.
A 1-1 home draw against Bournemouth ended the Cumbrians' hopes of a top-two finish, but Ward refused to be too downcast.
He said: "Looking at the 46 games it's a fantastic effort to be playing Leeds in the play-offs.
"The players were disappointed in the dressing room, so when we came out after the game the crowd's reaction gave them a massive lift.
"I don't think either side played at their best, but you can't fault the effort.
"We are going to be the underdogs against Leeds, but there is a lot more to look forward to."
