Ward hails beaten Cumbrians

Carlisle United manager John Ward was full of praise for his beaten side after they went down 2-0 to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday evening.
The Cumbrians dropped their first home points since early September as their 14-match unbeaten run came to an end.
However, they remain second in the League One table and in the thick of the promotion picture.
"All runs have to come to an end and we went down fighting and with all guns blazing," said Ward.
"It's been a tremendous run and a fantastic effort. We stood toe-to-toe with a good team and produced a good game of football but it didn't go our way.
"I think we were a bit wasteful with our crossing and shooting and a bit slower than normal moving the ball but we were up against a good side."
