The 36-year-old former Wales international spent a month with the League One strugglers making five appearances. His only goal came in the 2-1 win at Crewe on March 3 and he returns to Doncaster to provide cover for manager Sean O'Driscoll who recently lost fellow forward James Coppinger for the rest of the season through injury.
