Record deal for Cumbrians

Carlisle United have broken their transfer record by agreeing to sign Blackburn's teenage striker Joe Garner for an initial £140,000.
The 19-year-old, who has signed a three-year deal at Brunton Park, could eventually cost the club another £10,000 if they clinch promotion to the Championship.
As the deal is still to be officially ratified by the Football League, Garner is only available for the season opener at Walsall by agreeing to move to Brunton Park on an emergency loan deal.
Garner enjoyed a successful loan spell with the club last term, netting five times in 18 appearances for Neil McDonald's side.
Managing director John Nixon told the club's official website: "We've had to work hard to secure this one, but he's a player that's already demonstrated what he can bring to the club.
"We're all delighted that we've finalised the deal, as he's an investment for both the present and the future, and we're now looking forward to seeing him play in a Carlisle United shirt again this season."
