Carlisle United boss Neil McDonald has allowed Glenn Murray to remain on loan at Stockport County until the end of September.
The 22-year-old has scored one goal in five appearances for the Hatters since moving to Edgeley Park at the beginning of the season.
"He'll do a second month there, which is good for him, because he's playing every week and has scored, so his confidence is sky-high," McDonald told Carlisle's official website.
"This month, though, we have a 24-hour recall on him so we can bring him back any time we want, but it's more important for him to play the games at the moment."
Murray has scored six goals in ten starts and 46 more appearances from the substitute's bench during his time with Carlisle.
