Mullan wins Cumbrians trial

Carlisle United have handed a trial to the former Manchester United teenager Jamie Mullan.
The 19-year-old will spend a week at Brunton Park after recently being released by the Premier League side.
Mullan played for United's reserve team and had spells on trial with Leeds United and Huddersfield Town last month.
Boss Greg Abbott told the club's official website: "We'll have a look at him over the course of the next week or so and then we'll see where we go from there."
