Midfielder impressed by Cumbrians

The 22-year-old arrived at Brunton Park from Scunthorpe last week and made his Cumbrians debut in the weekend's hard-fought 1-1 draw against Northampton, and he feels Greg Abbott's 18th-placed side have the quality needed to escape their current predicament. "I was looking around the changing room at the weekend and seeing the quality players we've got here and just thinking 'how the hell are we this low down the table'?" Morris told the club's official website. "We showed against Northampton that we can fight and we've got the ability to play when we get the chance so I'm not worried at all. "The fans I thought were super. Sometimes when things aren't going your way you can expect to get booed, especially being down at the wrong end of that table, but there was none of that and they were right behind us. "I just want to play as many games as I can and now we've got to look forward to the massive game next weekend against Leicester."
