McDonald keeps his cool

Carlisle United boss Neil McDonald has refused to press the panic button at Brunton Park, despite a run of three straight league defeats for the Cumbrians.
Those results have seen United fall to 12th place in League One, but McDonald is not overly concerned.
He told the News & Star: "Our target hasn't changed all season, it's survival.
"The good start raised expectations and now we've levelled out.
"When you're winning, everybody believes the sky's the limit and when you lose, they think it's relegation. Everybody has to find the middle ground.
"We already have 30 points and if we were to get 60 then that would be great.
"The target for everybody is 50 and 50-52 points keeps you in the league."
