Jansen back at Carlisle

Former Carlisle United striker Matt Jansen has returned to Brunton Park in a bid to get himself fit.
The 29-year-old began his career with the Cumbrians before leaving to join Crystal Palace in a £1million transfer in 1998.
However, a series of injuries have since blighted the career of the Carlisle-born forward and he was handed a free transfer by Bolton Wanderers at the end of the last campaign.
But Jansen has now returned to Carlisle at his own request to work on his fitness ahead of the new season.
"Matt has asked to train with us as he works on his fitness and sharpness, and we're happy for him to do that," boss Neil McDonald told the club's official website.
"He's enjoying himself, working very hard, so he'll be here with us as he gets himself back up to a decent level."
