Injured duo concern Abbott

Carlisle United duo Danny Livesey and Joe Anyinsah face spells on the sidelines after picking up injuries in the last week.

Central defender Livesey suffered a hamstring injury in the goalless draw with Gillingham, while a hip problem sustained in training forced Anyinsah to miss the stalemate.

United boss Greg Abbott, who is also without injured trio Paul Thirlwell, David Raven and Marc Bridge-Wilkinson, told the News & Star: "It's down to the medical people now.

"Joe's got an issue with his hip which we found out about on Thursday and it was something we couldn't risk.

"Danny's got a hamstring problem and they can be tricky, so we're keeping our fingers crossed for him."
