Gorman wants Chairboys to edge it

Gorman managed the club between 2004 and 2006 and he also has connections with Carlisle, having spent six seasons playing for the Cumbrians in the 1970s. He told Wycombe's official website: "I enjoyed my time at both clubs, but Wycombe need the points more than Carlisle this weekend to try and pull away from the bottom. "I had an enjoyable time at Carlisle but I hope to see Wycombe pull it off on this occasion because I don't want them to go down. It's an important game for them."
