Cumbrians keep Aranalde

Carlisle United have secured the future of Zigor Aranalde after the defender signed a new deal to keep him at Brunton Park until summer 2008.
The veteran centre-back arrived at the club in 2005 and was a virtual ever-present as the Cumbrians secured promotion from League Two last season.
The 33-year-old former Walsall and Sheffield Wednesday player was out of contract at the end of this season.
"I'm really pleased. Zigor's ability and attitude makes him one of the first names on the team sheet," manager Neil McDonald told the club's official website.
"He's great to work with and a real pro."
