Cumbrians fail to land Holt

Carlisle United have had an undisclosed offer for Grant Holt turned down by Nottingham Forest.
The 26-year-old cost Forest £300,000 when he moved to the City Ground 18 months ago and it is believed they are hoping to recoup most of that money for a player who still has two years left on his contract.
Holt, who rejected the chance to move to Bristol City earlier this season, said: "I'll be speaking to the club to see if they still want me.
"I'd stay here as long as I can. If they offered me a new contract I'd take it, but I can't see that happening.
"I'm pleased with what I've achieved here. The fans appreciate that, but if I feel I'm not wanted by the manager and the club, we'll see what happens."
