Collin remains modest

Carlisle goalkeeper Adam Collin has played down his penalty shootout heroics in Tuesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Port Vale. The Cumbrians hit back from two-down with second-half goals from James Chester and Jason Price before Collin saved two Port Vale penalties to help secure a 4-3 win for Greg Abbott's side in the shootout.Collin said: "It seems that I like these penalty shoot-outs. It's the best part of being a keeper because you are in a no-lose situation. They're expected to score so it's nice when you make a save."It's a case of gathering your thoughts and having a think about who might step up to take their penalties. There isn't that much else that you can do."I think I went the wrong way three times so you mostly commit yourself and go for it. I finally got one right and it's a great feeling to win a game on a penalty shoot-out."I like this competition anyway because it's where I first got my chance in the team. We then followed that through all the way to Wembley, so it's good that we've gone through."
