Colchester came from behind to keep their play-off hopes alive courtesy of Kayode Odejayi's late volleyed winner.Ian Harte headed Carlisle into the lead when he nodded in Graham Kavanagh's corner for his 11th goal of the season. Danny Livesey's header deflected wide, which proved costly for Carlisle when the home side levelled on 61 minutes.
