Carlisle boss calls for patience

Carlisle United boss Greg Abbott has told his squad that players will be handed first-team opportunities if they remain patient.Abbott made no changes to his league side for Tuesday's Carling Cup defeat but insists the club's workload will give everyone with a chance. "We're going to need everybody we've got," Abbott told BBC Radio Cumbria. "I know the lads who aren't playing want to play and it gives me some options to shuffle it round."
