Anyinsah stays at Carlisle

Carlisle United have extended the loan stay of winger Joe Anyinsah for a further two months.

The 22-year-old wideman joined the Cumbrians from Preston North End in September and has made six appearances for the League One club.

"Joe himself is happy to stay for a further two months, so it's a good deal all round," new United manager John Ward told the club's official website.

"There will be a 24-hour recall clause for Preston, which is normal, but all parties are happy with that and we're pleased to keep him for another eight weeks."
