Zoko to make Carlisle comeback

Carlisle striker Francois Zoko is expected to return to contention at leaders Brighton following illness. But Zoko, who missed out in midweek, may have to settle for a place on the substitutes' bench after the Cumbrians' impressive 3-1 win at Charlton, where all three strikers - Ben Marshall, Craig Curran and Rory Loy - got on the scoresheet. Central defender Lubo Michalik and skipper Paul Thirlwell are not yet ready to return to action following respective hamstring and calf strains, while centre-half Liam Cooper, on loan from Hull, is still sidelined with a broken bone in his hand. Manager Greg Abbott must decide whether to start with winger Matty Robson at left-back after several solid performances or recall on-loan QPR defender Gary Borrowdale, who has had to settle for a place on the bench in recent matches.
