Price said: "Winning the trophy with Doncaster was a great experience for everyone. It brought a lot of money to the club and it was a great day out for the players.
"When the national anthem began, the hairs really stood up on the back of my neck. You knew you were going to be part of a special day.
"I'd just tell the Carlisle boys to go for it and seize the opportunity, because it's a wonderful occasion and a brilliant competition. I wish I was playing myself."
Price added: "I won't be watching at Wembley though, as I hate being a spectator when I can't play."
