Glass: Cumbrians can do it again

The Cumbrians must beat Millwall in their final game at Brunton Park and hope other results go their way to stay in League One, just as they needed to defeat Plymouth at home in their final game 10 years ago to retain their Football League status when on-loan goalkeeper Glass scored a last-minute winner.[LNB]Glass said: "Anything can happen in football. Carlisle of all clubs should know that by now. It only takes 10 seconds to score a winner. Well, Carlisle have 90 minutes to do that on Saturday.[LNB]"They have got to keep their heads up. There will be a fantastic crowd there. They can beat Millwall at home. There is no reason why they can't pull it off.[LNB]"They can't do anything about the other teams' results. If the other three went and won or got whatever results they needed, so be it. That's football. But Carlisle have got a fighting chance - just don't leave it until the last minute!"[LNB]Glass's extraordinary goal for Carlisle is ranked seventh in The Times newspaper's list of the 50 most important goals in football history and is the 72nd greatest sporting moment in Channel 4 television's 100 Greatest Sporting Moments.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
