Carlisle's new teenage loan signing Ashley Eastham could be thrown straight into the starting line-up for the FA Cup clash with Tamworth. Miguel Comminges, also drafted in on loan this week from Cardiff, is expected to feature in the second-round tie too. Blackpool defender Eastham, 19, who will stay at Brunton Park until January 3, and Comminges have been brought in as defensive cover due to injuries and suspensions. The Cumbrians will be without Peter Murphy again as he recovers from the back problem that has forced him to miss the last two games and fellow centre-half Lubo Michalik, who misses out through a one-game ban after being sent off against Rochdale in midweek. Another defender, Tony Kane, had minor knee surgery last week and is out until the new year. Midfielder Paul Thirlwell has continued to train with the first-team squad this week as he closes in on a return following a long-term knee injury and is available but striker Mike Grella will not play as he has been refused permission by parent club Leeds.
