Duo could miss

Carlisle could be without Marc Bridge-Wilkinson and Kevan Hurst for their top-of-the-table clash at Sheffield Wednesday. Bridge-Wilkinson hurt his ankle during training last week and missed the goalless home draw with Swindon while fellow midfielder Hurst is struggling with a back problem and could also miss out. Defender Danny Livesey remains sidelined and has targeted a return some time during October following his long-term groin injury. Manager Greg Abbott has no other new injury or suspension problems as his side look to maintain their unbeaten start in npower League One. Recent signing Lubo Michalik made his debut in central defence last week and is expected to start again while Ben Marshall, back on loan from Stoke, is pushing for a place in the starting line-up.
